There comes a point in life when you think that you have it all sorted. You think that nothing bad can happen, you feel like you have happiness, success, and a direction to move you forward. Then something happens that completely changes your life. You realize you weren’t happy, you weren’t pushing yourself to your potential, you were living for another person.

This drastic change in life, whether its a break up, a death, or just a substantial event that hits deep within side the heart, is a true proverbial kick in the teeth you need to make you realize how much you are wasting life, and just cruising through an existence that you only have one of. In the grand scheme of things, your existence is minimal. But why should this short period limit you. What ever situation you are in, you can make the best of this short existence and make a difference within this world. This doesn’t necessarily mean becoming famous, curing cancer, or some event that saves lives. It means becoming the best version of you.

If you want to be a successful entrepreneur, who’s stopping you? If you want to be a body builder, who’s stopping you? The only person stopping you, is YOU. Use the pain you have suffered, attack that pain and turn it into something that’s going to push you to that next level. Push you to become that person you’ve always wanted to be. What you have to realize is that none of this is easy. But that is the beautiful thing, that pain, those sleepless nights, that constant fear, it is an ignition to a fire burning deep within your soul that can accomplish any goal you set yourself. Be that person you were born to be.

There’s a quote I like to say of which I do not know where I’ve heard this or plucked it out from, but it’s very close to my heart. Live by this, and make use of it, and I can assure you you will accomplish your goals.

“There is only one person that can make a difference in your life, and that is YOU. Do not be afraid to fail. Use failure as a weapon and every time you fail, get back up and attack that task you failed. You will succeed. And you will achieve greatness. “
